“Cheyenne and her team were amazing! I bought my dress from her store (which is beautiful). I instantly clicked with her. I was even more excited that she was also a wedding planner and I hired her right away.
From the moment we hired her she stepped in and gave us a timeline to follow for the upcoming year. We were living out of state at the time which should have made deciding vendors difficult for us, but Cheyenne went above and beyond helping us select vendors. She contacted numerous vendors and setup interviews with all of them so that we could get everything we wanted on our day. She gave us detailed questions to ask each vendor and offered unbiased advice. Once we decided on which vendors we wanted, she would follow up and take care of the rest. This made our year of planning stress free and easy.
The year flew by, and Cheyenne stayed on point with every timeline event we had. She was easy to get a hold of for any random questions or concerns we had and instantly put us at ease.
As the wedding month approached, she provided us with two detailed wedding day timelines. One was for the bridesmaids and the other was for the groomsmen. If something shifted for the day she would update the timeline and send it to us almost immediately. This not only put us on track but also kept our wedding parties in check. Cheyenne left no stone unturned.
We got married at the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens on September 24th, 2022. Our wedding was Cheyenne’s first wedding that she had done at the zoo. She made the wedding day flawless. The venue would not let any vendors or decorations in before 5 and our wedding began at 6. Within in that one-hour Cheyenne and her team created magic. Everything was detail oriented and beautiful. I also had family with physical disabilities (my mom had just had major back surgery) and she made sure that they were cared for the entire night. She kept up with every request. My husband and I never had to ask for anything. Every guest raved about the wedding. I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. We just loved her. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!”
